The company is currently engaged by the leading property developer in the country to construct affordable mass housing projects that are accessible to the masses. With every housing unit completed, we contribute in transforming the life of the much larger bracket of the population.

Our staff has extensive experience in all aspects of land development, including residential subdivisions and commercial and industrial developments. We maintain a fully integrated in-house support staff of engineers and surveyors to cater to the needs of the client.

Our company has completed projects ranging from one (1) hectare to more than fifty (50) hectares of residential subdivisions with road network, functional water and sewer systems and drainage facilities.

We maintain fleets of heavy equipment composed of bulldozers, backhoe excavators, payloaders, motor graders, vibratory roller sand other equipment intended for roads / bridges construction.

The company has completed hundreds of kilometers of road networks in Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP). In anticipation of incoming future projects, the company maintains in-house highly skilled crew to deliver the projects with emphasis on quality and safe working environment.

The company has undertaken substantial construction of waterworks and sewerage facilities. The works include laying of water and sewer lines, installation of appurtenances and testing and commissioning prior to turnover to the client.

We build all types of drainage and flood control facilities ranging from bio-swales, paved waterways, open canals, small to large diameter pipe culverts and reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBCs) of any size. We perform testing and commissioning prior to turnover to the client.

We provide hauling and loading equipment from the source to destination. We transport coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, subbase course, base course material sand fill materials. Our services also include but not limited to, hauling and disposal of construction debris.
